NEW YORK Restaurant Tip

Saturday night I went to this Basque restaurant, lets just call it Spanish (from Spain) restaurant, since it's so hard to differentiate the food and the way of cooking even when you're from Spain, like me.

Anyways, as a culinary experience by the great chef Yuhi Fujinaga, it was a very enjoyable and relevant interpretation of the food from where I come from despite this very Japanese sounding chef name.
The quality of the ingredients were great, wine list was extensive with options for all types of palettes and budgets.

It's a great new spot to try if you are in the mood to be in a new place, not that trendy like some of the restaurants in New York, but to be ready for a whole immersion in the spanish cuisine
De decoration of the place it's very unique, obviously been designed by the concept artist from Blade Runner's Syd Mead.

Miss Mass dish:
Jamón Serrano
Sea food Paella
Don't go for too fancy dishes. In this restaurant, simple, it's better!

Enjoy it!!
